Colorado National Monument
The Colorado National Monument is located in Fruita and Grand Junction, the last populated cities before hitting the Utah border. Many people pass this monument while cruising 85mph on the interstate, but it’s well worth the stop.

Deschutes Brewery, Bend, Oregon
Deschutes Brewery is Bend, Oregon’s finest and they made a trip out to Colorado for a beer tour back in October. Along with brewing my favorite stout, their Obsidian Stout, they also support cycling in Bend and have been the host to multiple cyclocross national championships. And by host I mean that they had the race on their grounds. Props to them for supporting our sport!
